The Buddy Program is the first-ever mentoring program targeted at international students and graduates in Germany.

It is the program, that every professional wishes they had, before starting their jobs.

Every year we select a few top-performing international students and graduates in Germany and pair them with mentors from top companies in Germany. Our goal is to create access to high-paying careers for talented international students and graduates in Germany.
